Q. Why devon?

A. Well...first and foremost I believe that to choose me to capture your family in essence requires you to see and connect with my photos here on this site. If you can appreciate the type of shots I take then you are definitely someone I would like to speak with. I love stories, I love the fact that everyone has a unique story and because of my passion for your story it drives me to capture great moments of your family.

Q. I don't think I photograph well (aka...the camera doesn't love me)!

A. Neither do I...lol...seriously...I think most creative photographers love to hear this phrase because it gives us a challenge. This is another reason I love to shoot candid pictures on location, is to put you in a great, comfortable environment. Every person has great pictures in them, I believe so, I believe in every persons story and capturing images that tell that story.

Q. I would like you to take pictures of my children but they wont sit still long enough.

A. Ya, I love this one! This is the great thing about how I shoot, I don't want or need them to sit still. Yes, when shooting family pictures there will be times that we will need to shoot the family as a whole...however, you can be at ease, I love to let children be themselves. As they feel comfortable and I gain their trust, then I am not only able to capture great shots of them, but the family all together as well.

Q. What is included in our session? How much of an investment?

A. Great question...the session at your home or a location that is agreed upon will include a 90 minute time frame and will also include an online proofing gallery for you, your family and friends to view and order professional prints from. This online gallery is available for 90 days from the session date. Basic pricing starts at $75 per session up to 6 people per session. I understand that every situation is unique and can be tailored to you and your family.
